Commercial Manager

A leading Tier 1 main contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join the commercial team on a major megawatt data centre in Denmark.

This is a high-profile, technically complex mission-critical project, offering the opportunity to work on one of Europe's most significant data centre developments alongside an established international project team.

The successful candidate will take a key role in the commercial management of the project, working closely with the Project Director, Commercial Director, construction teams, consultants, and supply chain to ensure strong commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.

We are looking for a commercially astute construction professional with significant experience working on large-scale, complex construction projects.

Ideally, you will have:

* Proven experience as a Commercial Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor within a Tier 1 main contractor environment.

* Experience working on data centres, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, industrial, or other highly technical projects.

* Strong knowledge of main contracting and subcontracting arrangements.

* Experience managing significant project values and complex supply chains.

* Strong understanding of change management, cost control, forecasting, procurement, and commercial reporting.

* Excellent contract knowledge and negotiation skills.

* The ability to operate confidently with senior stakeholders and project leadership.

* Strong leadership and team-management capability.

* A degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline is desirable.
