We are one of the fastest-growing podcast and audiobook platforms in Europe and we are now looking for a Content Operations Specialist to elevate our content planning and portfolio. If you are passionate about the world of audio content, c ome and join us on our journey to enrich lives through listening.

This is the role
We're on the lookout for a fantastic individual to join us on a 12-month contract , with the potential to transition into a permanent role afterwards.

Podimo is currently spreading its wings across 7 markets, and as we grow, we'd love your assistance in ensuring that our most valuable asset – our content – reaches the ears of our listeners for maximum enjoyment.

In this role, your main focus will be fostering a stable and seamless collaboration with your colleagues in Denmark, providing both crucial support and guidelines to our danish content team. This includes optimizing content planning, analysing performance and ensuring the overall quality of our content. You'll be the driving force behind various content operations projects, focusing on the optimization and maintenance of our content system.
This position is based at our headquarters in Copenhagen, and you'll report directly to the the Director of Content Operations.

Your main responsibilities in this role:

• Manage and optimize our content portfolio: Oversee content operations to ensure efficient management and optimization of content.
• Publication overview and content planning: Work closely with the team to plan and schedule content releases.
• Optimize and maintain our content system: Administer and manage our systems Admin and Notion (show database) including metadata.
• Collaborate with global content and other teams: Lead various projects within Podimo, ensuring close cooperation with global content and other teams.
• Data-driven decision making: Analyze performance data in Looker to support and drive our decisions

• A natural interest in and the ability to analyse data to support decision-making.
• A growth mindset, a passion for storytelling and some experience from related positions in the media, and/or audio/podcast industry.
• You thrive working in a fast-paced scale-up environment with room for growth and opportunity to impact the way we work.
  
  
• Finally, we are looking for a colleague who is fluent in both Danish and English to be able to fully engage with colleagues, creators and relevant stakeholder

Naturally, being passionate and knowledgeable about podcasts, audio content, media, and entertainment is a big plus!
