Content Producer

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and highly organized Content Producer with a passion for esports and storytelling to join our BLAST team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Broadcast & the producers.

You will report directly to the Executive Producer and play a key part in shaping narrative direction, managing production workflows, and ensuring the delivery of unforgettable content experiences across live shows, digital platforms, and social channels.

The role is a full time, contract position (13 months)

What You’ll Do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of video content, live show segments, and creative assets across multiple formats.
• Develop and pitch creative concepts that elevate the esports experience and engage diverse fan audiences.
• Work closely with internal teams (editors, designers, talent, broadcast crew) to ensure content is executed to the highest quality and aligned with client and BLAST brand goals.
• Conduct research and collect insights from audience trends, game communities, and esports culture to inform content strategy.
• Own production timelines, workflow organization, and cross-team communication to keep all projects aligned and on schedule.
• Build strong relationships with partners, publishers, and stakeholders to secure alignment and approvals when needed.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years of experience in content production, broadcast, esports, or live entertainment
• Demonstrated success in producing video or show content from concept to delivery.
• A strong understanding of esports culture, fan communities, and broadcast storytelling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A passion for gaming & esports with strong player and audience empathy.
• Enthusiasm for short&long formats, pacing, and storytelling in competitive gaming.
  

Experience required

• Highly creative with exceptional attention to detail and visual storytelling instincts
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Ambition to deliver world-class esports shows and content experiences
• Knowledge of Supercell games and products, especially Brawl Stars
• Experience in short and long form content.

Additional requirements

• Travel: Required for live events, productions, and international broadcast operations
• Work Schedule: Some weekend and evening work required depending on event and broadcast calendars
