Job Description - CRM Marketing Lead, Maternity Cover

This position is a full time, fixed-term role for 10 months (Maternity Cover) starting 1 October 2024.

Key responsibilities
Becoming part of our CRM team in Lyngby, you will oversee the planning and execution of CRM marketing strategy to promote acquisition, retention, loyalty and personalization. Our CRM marketing activities include product launches, brand-level campaigns, personalized product services – and cover our global, local, and retail activities.

You will be reporting into the Global CRM director and will work together on creating long term CRM marketing strategy and roadmap to facilitate commercial growth and improve customer experience.

Moreover, you will

  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM marketing strategies across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
  • Optimize the use of our CRM technology stack, ensuring effective utilization of testing and personalization tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the CRM technology team to ensure the effective execution of the CRM technical roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with local marketing managers, providing guidance and support to grow the database and enhance customer retention.
  • Oversee and optimize CRM marketing operations, continually refining processes to improve the planning and execution of CRM activities.
  • Create and deliver CRM initiatives aimed at acquiring, retaining, and rewarding customers across various channels, leveraging the Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Implement continuous optimization of all CRM communications to maximize engagement and revenue while adhering to brand guidelines.

What you bring
We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience within CRM & Marketing automation, as well as a proven history of delivering customer centric initiatives

Moreover, you bring:

  • Experience with luxury, fashion or consumer electronics lifestyle brands in an international setting
  • Detailed, organized, and precise in orchestrating incoming workload
  • Good organizational skills, highly motivated and willing to take on responsibilities
  • Openness for trying new approaches and pushing the boundaries
  • Positive attitude, creative nature, ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Ability to work individually and in a team with good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross functional teams
  • Comprehensive ability to optimize existing campaigns and brainstorm out-of-the-box ideas for ensuring increased performance
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Standard
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop
  • Fluency in English is mandatory

You will be part of the CRM team in the Global Marketing department. You will also collaborate closely with the extended marketing, digital and ecommerce team, product management, in devising campaigns, initiatives and defining new customer experiences.
