Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to Danish-speaking clients

• Handle inquiries regarding products, services, and digital solutions

• Ensure customer satisfaction by following company procedures

• Collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and maintain quality standards

Candidate Profile

• Native Danish speaker with strong command of English

• Valid residency in Portugal (remote work within Portugal only)

• Professional attitude and excellent communication skills

• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for internal processes

• Passion for customer service and problem-solving

Salary & Benefits

• Base salary: €1,500 per 14 months

• Bonus: €80 per 11 months

• Meal allowance: €7.63 per day

• Health insurance: Coverage from day 1 (monthly contribution required, free after 6 months)

• Position bonus for Braga: €20 per 12 months

• Work remotely from anywhere in Portugal (residency required)
