tamigo provides a Workforce Management solution that simplifies operations and automates processes for customers in retail and hospitality across Europe.
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you take ownership of a portfolio of enterprise and mid-sized customers, primarily in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You are your customers’ main point of contact, you offer advice and assistance to help them reach their objectives through our SaaS solution, and you actively grow your accounts. Your job will be to:
Maintain: Ensure good user adoption and customer engagement. You understand your customer base and you make it a priority to constantly help the customer use tamigo in the best way possible based on their overall goals.
Nurture: Strengthen relationships with customers through your functional expertise. You are a reliable partner who optimises the experience of each customer and demonstrates how tamigo can meet their specific needs.
Grow: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. You support the business goals of our customers, and you identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, upselling and cross-selling.
You will work alongside three other CSMs as part of our Sales team.
