Customer Success Manager (French speaker)

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you drive growth and loyalty by ensuring that customers achieve maximum value from our solution. You act as their trusted advisor and proactively identify expansion opportunities, generate referrals, and secure high engagement.

You partner with customers who operate across several countries, supporting multiple brands and navigating varied market dynamics. You are your customers’ main point of contact, you offer advice and assistance to help them reach their objectives through our SaaS solution and you actively grow your accounts.

What you will do:

Retain: Ensure good user adoption and customer engagement. You understand your customer base, and you make it a priority to constantly help the customer use tamigo in the best way possible based on their overall goals.

Nurture: Strengthen relationships with customers through your functional expertise. You are a reliable partner who optimises the experience of each customer and demonstrates how tamigo can meet their specific needs.

Grow: Identify and pursue growth opportunities. You support the business goals of our customers, and you identify and pursue opportunities for expansion, upselling and cross-selling.

You’ll work alongside an international team of CSMs in the Customer Experience department.

You are the right candidate if:

· You speak and write native level French and professional English.

· You have at least 3 years of experience within Customer Success Management or Key Account Management, preferably from a SaaS company.

· You have excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills and know that business relations are best established by creating real business value.

· You combine proactiveness and creative thinking with business acumen and a comprehensive grasp of IT.

Main job responsibilities:

· Take complete ownership of your portfolio and help them achieve tangible business value using tamigo.

· Actively promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities, presenting timely value propositions to customers.

· Generate sales leads through active referrals, engaging with key advocates, and driving expansion into new markets.

· Collaborate with colleagues in Sales and Implementation to ensure a high-quality handover.

· Follow up on renewals and manage yearly price adjustments.

The role is based in Copenhagen (Denmark) with the flexibility to work from home. However, to foster a strong team spirit, we expect you to be in the office at least three days a week.
