We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented member to join our Effortless Compliance Team, servicing our customers in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and Germany. As an Effortless Compliance Officer, you'll leverage your knowledge of compliance and GDPR, along with your passion for customer success, to support our clients and ensure their compliance while driving customer satisfaction.

We are headquartered in central Copenhagen and are a virtual organization working out of multiple locations in Europe, including Germany, Finland and Sweden.

The Role:

In the role as Effortless Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring effortless compliance for our clients while driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include providing multilingual support within GDPR and compliance, facilitating smooth onboarding kick-off, supporting our customers through the onboarding process and providing ongoing effortless compliance services and support.

Responsibilities:

Compliance Services

• Deliver customer services proficiently in English and either one or more of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Finnish and German

• Conduct onboarding meetings and ensure seamless collaboration with our Effortless Compliance team in your assigned markets

• Perform onboarding activities such as data mapping processes, review of our clients GDPR compliance levels, draft gap analysis reports etc.

• Facilitate reviews and assessments, including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA)

• Assist clients from your assigned markets with inquiries and issues, offering guidance on utilizing Compliance Partners' services effectively

• Host customer meetings and workshops and prepare relevant material and reports in alignment with our existing standards

• Provide swift responses to urgent client inquiries or requests to maintain high levels of client satisfaction

Sales Support:

• Participate in sales meetings to provide GDPR expertise and support as needed

• Address client inquiries regarding GDPR compliance during the sales process as needed

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including inquiries, resolutions, and feedback

• Utilize language skills to assist in translating documents and communications as required

• Assist in maintaining, improving and documenting customer material and internal tools and processes

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Past experience with GDPR and data privacy principles

• High proficiency within GDPR and compliance terminology in English and one or more of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Finnish and German (oral and written)

• Customer service mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively and empathetically

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and effective interactions with clients and internal teams

• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple client projectsand tasks efficiently

• Ability to work independently and manage your own customer projects and as part of a team contributing to other customer projects

Ability to work out of our office in Copenhagen is an advantage but not a requirement.
