Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Success Specialist at Skyfish, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients' success and satisfaction with our products and services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and challenges.
  • Proactively engage with customers to ensure they derive maximum value from our products and services.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and ongoing support to customers, ensuring they have the knowledge and resources to effectively utilize our platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, technology, and marketing, to address customer needs and drive solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional features/services to existing customers.
  • Monitor customer metrics to identify potential churn risks and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Actively seek out and collect customer feedback, testimonials, and referrals to drive continuous improvement and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or in the tech industry is a plus.
