CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Goodwings. Goodwings is the Travel Management System tailored for companies that aim to reduce travel expenses and the related environmental impact.

As a Customer Success Specialist you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and driving business growth. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture existing accounts, identify opportunities for upselling, and ensure client satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth




KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, overseeing their onboarding process, ensuring their retention, and facilitating their overall success with our services.
  • Cultivating strong client relationships by understanding their unique travel needs and preferences.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within your client portfolio and implementing effective upselling strategies to maximize their value.
  • Utilizing data insights and analytics to monitor and enhance customer platform engagement.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of our products and effective support for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:


  • A proven track record in customer success or sales, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional service and drive results.
  • Proficiency in Danish is a plus.
  • Experience in SaaS or travel-tech industries is advantageous.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • A results-oriented mindset, coupled with a genuine passion for ensuring customer satisfaction and success.
