Job Description - Customer Support Engineer (Level 3)

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Ballerup, Denmark. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and continuously improving our mission-critical software solutions used by emergency services every day. This is a role that report to the Support Manager.


Our systems help police, fire, and healthcare professionals respond faster and more effectively - ultimately saving lives and protecting valuable resources. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the delivery and evolution of critical ICT solutions that truly make a difference.



Responsibilities:



  • Maintain and support the deployment of new software versions across multiple environments

  • Translate customer processes and requirements into functional solutions in close collaboration with developers

  • Provide deep technical insight into our products and architecture

  • Support sales activities by participating in product demonstrations for new customers

  • Handle complex Level 3 support and troubleshooting cases

  • Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation



Qualifications & Experience: 



  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • Experience with Azure, Scrum, and DevOps practices

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Business understanding and ability to align technical solutions with customer needs

  • Excellent communication skills in Danish and English (written and verbal)

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work cross-functionally



Would be considered as an advantage:



  • Solid technical understanding of IT architecture

  • Experience within Public Safety
