Role Summary:
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the front line of our customer service, providing expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to Rank Math users. You'll work closely with our team to ensure a seamless user experience and contribute to the ongoing success of our product.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Interaction: Provide timely, professional, and empathetic customer support via email and our dedicated support forum.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve technical problems related to Rank Math, test new releases, and work with developers to fix bugs.
• Solution Delivery: Clearly explain solutions to customers, ensuring they understand and can implement them effectively.
• Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer happiness by delivering friendly, efficient, and effective support.
• Team Collaboration: Share knowledge with teammates, contribute to team projects, and actively participate in improving support processes.
• Product Improvement: Gather customer feedback and insights to help enhance Rank Math features and user experience.
Working Hours:
• 8 hours a day, five days a week (Monday-Friday)
• Evening Shift: This role requires working evening hours to align with the EST time zone (typically 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM PST).
