The Cyber Engagement & Partnering team under Enterprise Cyber Security is responsible for Cyber Security Awareness & Training, Cyber Business Engagement, Cyber Communication & Media Production, Cyber Talent Attraction & Retention. You will join a team of seven enthusiastic colleagues with an informal tone and high commitment level. Your role will be interdisciplinary, as you get the opportunity to work with Cyber Communication, Cyber Talent Attraction & Retention, Cyber Awareness & Training. Your tasks within Cyber Communication are to support managers and employees with efficient communication, orchestrating cyber security awareness, and ad hoc tasks. In the Engagement & Partnering team, we have an internal media specialist that you will collaborate closely with in terms of producing various photographs and videos.

Together with Vestas' HR function, or independently, you will facilitate and participate in various Talent Attraction events at universities or career fairs. You will also define and implement Talent Retention initiatives in close collaboration with all people managers in Enterprise Cyber Security. Within Awareness & Training, you will support on various communication tasks, such as development and maintenance of our cyber security portal. You will work closely with one college in the team, who shares the same responsibilities as you.
