Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding retail products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, guide them through purchasing decisions, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Document all customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure accurate records and follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and suggest improvements to services.
• Stay informed about current retail products, trends, and company offerings to provide informed assistance to customers.

• Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the retail industry, is highly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting with good time management skills.
