Customer Service Specialist (Danish + English)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00 (weekends off)
Contract: 6-month CDD (fixed-term contract)
Salary: 1,500 gross/month x14 months

About the Role

We are seeking a Danish + English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our clients Search Engine / Technical Support team in Lisbon. You will assist customers across Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Danish markets, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Danish (and English when needed) via phone, email, or chat.

• Provide assistance with technical and search engine-related questions.

• Ensure accurate, professional, and timely support.

• Document interactions and follow processes for issue resolution.

• Collaborate with international colleagues to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish (C2/native level).

• Good command of English (B2+).

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.

• Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
