Working Hours: Monday Friday, 08:00 17:00 (weekends off)
Contract: 6-month CDD (fixed-term contract)
Salary: 1,500 gross/month x14 months
We are seeking a Danish + English-speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our clients Search Engine / Technical Support team in Lisbon. You will assist customers across Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, and Danish markets, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Handle customer inquiries in Danish (and English when needed) via phone, email, or chat.
Provide assistance with technical and search engine-related questions.
Ensure accurate, professional, and timely support.
Document interactions and follow processes for issue resolution.
Collaborate with international colleagues to maintain high service standards.
Fluency in Danish (C2/native level).
Good command of English (B2+).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work on-site in Lisbon.
Compensation: Competitive salary
