In this vital role, you will be responsible for engaging with Danish-speaking clients to guide them through their B2B integration processes, ensuring they achieve optimal operational effectiveness through technology-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for Danish-speaking clients, providing expertise on B2B integration projects.
• Evaluate client needs and develop customized integration solutions that align with their specific business objectives.

• Deliver training and support to clients throughout the integration process and beyond, ensuring successful adoption of technologies.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise after implementation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, client interactions, and project updates.
• Stay informed on industry developments and technological trends to enhance service offerings continuously.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in B2B integrations or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of integration methodologies, APIs, and software solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with clients.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools in the B2B space is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, demonstrating initiative and strong organizational capabilities.
