Key Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with their inquiries related to entertainment services, including event bookings, activities, and recommendations.
• Deliver exemplary customer support through multiple communication channels, efficiently answering questions and resolving issues.
• Utilize your knowledge of the entertainment landscape to offer personalized recommendations that cater to client preferences.
• Manage and process reservations with precision, ensuring all bookings are communicated clearly to clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new entertainment offerings to enhance client interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot customer concerns and improve service delivery.
• Gather customer feedback to continuously refine and enhance the services offered.

• Fluency in Danish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality sector.
