Responsibilities

• Assist Danish-speaking customers with inquiries regarding fashion products, orders, and returns through various communication channels.

• Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions accurately for effective follow-up and service enhancement.
• Collaborate with other teams to stay informed about product launches, seasonal trends, and promotions.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest fashion trends and brand offerings to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion retail sector.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for fashion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• A keen interest in fashion trends and a good understanding of the industry.
