Are you adept at building strong customer relationships and enthusiastic about pay-per-click marketing? We are hiring a results-driven Danish-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our energetic team in central Barcelona.

In this position, you will champion a cutting-edge advertising platform relied upon by major global enterprises, focusing on expanding our presence in Denmark. As an onboarding expert, you will guide promising businesses through account setup and activation to maximize their search advertising returns. Your main objectives include forming lasting corporate partnerships, boosting platform adoption, decreasing customer churn, and unlocking extra revenue streams across your accounts.

Core Duties & Daily Routine

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Consultative Guidance: Assisting newly joined corporate accounts with initial configurations and designing high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Proactive Outreach: Making targeted outbound calls to discover client objectives, highlight premium features, and deliver customized advertising solutions.
• Campaign Construction: Building organized, high-yielding ad campaigns designed for immediate impact and sustainable return on investment.
• Account Growth: Enhancing total client value by identifying, pitching, and closing relevant upsell and cross-sell offerings.
• Data Administration: Promptly logging and maintaining accurate client profiles within internal database systems.
• Outreach Volume: Maintaining a high frequency of daily phone calls to reach prospective and active business owners.

Background & Technical Abilities

• Language Skills: Complete fluency or C2-level proficiency in both Danish and English (written and verbal).
• CRM Operations: Direct experience using CRM tools to manage the customer lifecycle and elevate client satisfaction.
