Your Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Account Manager, your main goal is to help new clients get the most out of their digital marketing campaigns. This will include:

• Making proactive calls to promote and sell our services.
• Listening to clients' needs to recommend customized solutions.
• Setting up effective, results-driven campaigns that deliver both immediate and lasting impact.
• Boosting ad spend and promoting additional campaign services.
• Keeping a detailed, up-to-date customer database.
• Managing a high volume of client calls daily, ensuring a smooth and positive onboarding experience.
• Building strong relationships with businesses by providing expert, performance-based marketing advice.

Who We're Looking For

We're seeking a driven professional with a deep understanding of the Danish business landscape and a passion for digital marketing.

Key Requirements:

• Language Proficiency: You must have C2-level Danish and C1-level English.
• Experience: You'll need at least 20 months of experience in sales or marketing, especially in client-facing roles.
• Core Skills: You should be able to work independently, manage customer data using CRM tools, and use AI to enhance your work. You must be an excellent communicator, comfortable with presentations, and proactive in your approach.
