Responsibilities

• Engage with Danish-speaking users via instant messaging, responding promptly to their inquiries.
• Provide assistance with issues concerning social media accounts and platform functionalities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and friendly support.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and solutions to build a supportive knowledge base.
• Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay informed on the latest social media trends and company guidelines.
• Contribute insights for improving customer support processes and user interactions.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support or social media engagement is preferred.
• Ability to multitask and manage several conversations at once.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and instant messaging tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
