Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to Danish-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and technical problems accurately in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and address complex technical inquiries.
• Participate in training programs to continually improve product knowledge and support capabilities.
• Gather customer feedback and provide input for improvements in processes and products.
• Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices.

• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous experience in technical support or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• Aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.
• A collaborative and customer-focused mindset.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and experience a new culture.
