What you’ll do:

• Provide top-notch support to customers in Danish via chat, email, and phone

• Resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering excellent customer service

• Collaborate with a multicultural team across different locations

• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction and overall experience

Requirements:

• Native Danish speaker with C1 English proficiency

• Willing to relocate to Portugal ASAP

• Previous customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory

• EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card
