We are looking for a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant to join a growing international team in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania. This is a customer-focused role within the travel industry, ideal for candidates who enjoy helping people plan and manage their journeys.

Working Schedule

The operation runs 365 days a year, including public holidays.

• Mon–Fri: 09:00–20:00

• Sat–Sun: 10:00–19:00

• Rotational shifts within these hours

• Public holidays are paid double

For part-time roles (minimum 50%), candidates must work full-time during the training period.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone and written communication

• Provide accurate booking support and travel guidance

• Handle changes, cancellations, and general travel questions

• Deliver professional, solution-oriented customer service

• Work efficiently within booking and CRM systems

What We're Looking For

• Native or C1/C2 Danish (written & spoken)

• B2 level English (written & verbal)

• Strong communication skills and service mindset

• Comfortable working in a structured, shift-based environment

• Basic computer skills

Compensation

• €1,900 gross/month

• Up to €250 monthly performance bonus
