Acceleration is looking for new Data Scientists

Welcome to an experienced and growing team of Data Scientists and Consultants who work to drive increased marketing effectiveness for some of Denmark's and the world's largest brands.
As part of the leading media agency group GroupM, we at Acceleration work to transform large amounts of data into solutions to complex problems in media and marketing. The projects include a broad mix of econometrics, media buying algorithms, dashboards, and strategy projects/consulting services.

About the Position

The position involves working in a team with experienced colleagues:

• Be a driven data scientist for projects in econometrics, attribution, experiments, algorithms and other data science-related projects.
• Analyze, package, and present findings to our customers.
• Together with the rest of the project team participate in and drive development projects within automated reporting, algorithms and other data science commitments

We are a team with an entrepreneurial drive. Professionally, we believe that you are a recent graduate or have worked for a few years in data science or analysis with the following skills:

• Education with a solid foundation in mathematics and statistics (e.g, cand.merc.(mat), cand.oecon, scand.polit, master’s in mathematics, or similar)
• Experience with PowerPoint and Excel
• Experience/education in the areas of regression analysis and econometric 
• Ability to present and communicate your results in a convincing manner
• Knowledge/education in statistical software like R and Python as well as an interest in Power BI
• Knowledge of applications within Cloud environments is an advantage (but not a requirement)
• Ability to quickly understand various industries and identify the most essential aspects for the client
• Fluency in Danish (ideally) and English

• Presenting and communicating your results to relevant stakeholders
• Driving dialogues and delivering projects for our clients
• Working thoroughly, detail-oriented and independently (proactive and entrepreneurial)
• Being a "team player" with a willingness to work both individually and in a team
