Then join Insight Cosmetics in Kvistgaard and make an impact in an international environment!We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Delivery Team Lead to head a small but strong team in our warehouse in Kvistgaard. This role is the perfect combination of leadership and practical involvement, where you will work side-by-side with your team while driving processes forward.
You will have the opportunity to improve and implement warehouse workflows, grow professionally, and be an integral part of our ambitious international company. This position reports directly to our Supply Chain Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, Motivate and Support: Manage and inspire a team to efficiently handle high-volume pick & pack operations, ensuring orders are processed accurately and on time for customers worldwide. Support your team during the day, offering guidance and solving challenges to keep operations running smoothly.
Daily planning and follow up: Facilitate the daily stand-up meetings, where ressource needs are estimated, goals are set and tasks distributed. Follow up during the day to make sure critical timelines are meet with the quality needed, e.g. to ensure orders are correctly prepared, packed, and shipped in line with ICG shipping standards and deadlines.
Be Hands-On: Actively work together with the team in picking, packing, assembling, filling, counting and cleaning whenever needed.
Develop: Train and support team members, building a positive work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and high performance. Hire and fire team members, when needed.
Leadership style: You have at least 2 - 3 years experience with leading others, going in front and leading by example. You are an operational leader and no administrator.
Efficient problem solving: You have good organizational and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of urgency and direct, open and honest communication style in all organizational directions.
Soft skills: You care about others, understand that good team spirit is crucial for performance, and that outstanding customer service is crucial for company success.
Hard skills: You are good with advanced IT systems and digital processes in a warehouse, teaching others and have strong English communication skills (daily language).
