Demand Planner / Senior Demand Planner

We are embarking on a transformative journey over the coming year with the implementation of a new forecasting system, OnePlan. To support this change, we are strengthening our team with a new Demand Planner or Senior Demand Planner.

What you’ll be doing
As a Demand Planner at Carlsberg Sweden, you will be instrumental in leading and managing the forecasting process.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Data Analysis and Forecasting: Utilize advanced data analysis to identify trends, root causes of deviations, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
• Collaboration and Communication: Engage in regular collaborative meetings to incorporate the latest market inputs and insights. You will drive the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process for a specific product portfolio, achieving consensus with stakeholders and establishing long-term strategic forecasts
• Supply Chain Integration: Act as a crucial link between the Local Supply Company and the Local Commercial Company, ensuring efficient communication and information sharing to maintain a well-functioning supply chain.
• Support and Implementation: Contribute to the implementation of our new forecasting system, OnePlan, and support team members throughout this transformation.

What we’re looking for
We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:
• A university degree in engineering, business, or a related field, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• Practical experience in Demand Planning or Supply Chain Management.
• Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Prior experience as a superuser of business systems or involvement in the implementation of planning systems is highly advantageous.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
