If you are passionate about improving processes, bringing people together and turning complex challenges into practical solutions, this could be your next opportunity.
Join our Flow of Goods Development team and help shape the future of logistics at BESTSELLER by improving business processes, driving digital development and delivering tangible value across the organisation.
YOUR ROLE
As our new Development Specialist, you’ll help shape the future of BESTSELLER Logistics through process improvement, digitalisation and data-driven decision-making.
You’ll improve end-to-end logistics processes and turn business challenges into clear requirements for our digital product teams. Working closely with Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts and other stakeholders, you’ll identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, analyse processes and data, and help develop sustainable solutions.
A key part of the role is to challenge assumptions and look beyond the initial request. You’ll assess business needs critically, uncover root causes and make sure we solve the right problem.
You won’t always have formal ownership of the processes you improve. Instead, you’ll create clarity, build alignment and help stakeholders make informed decisions across Logistics, brands, markets, TECH teams and external partners.
What you’ll be responsible for
YOUR TEAM
In Flow of Goods, we have more than 50 dedicated colleagues working to ensure that BESTSELLER products move seamlessly from our suppliers to our customers while continuously improving the way we work.
You’ll join a small development team consisting of four colleagues and your manager. We work across process development, data and reporting and project implementation. We value curiosity, collaboration and the ability to challenge existing ways of working constructively.
Our development team acts as a partner to the wider logistics organisation, helping turn operational challenges and strategic ambitions into improved processes, stronger data foundations and digital solutions.
Together, we connect logistics with brands, markets and central functions, keeping BESTSELLER fast, flexible and future-ready.
YOUR PROFILE
You are curious about how things work and motivated by making them better. You combine a strong process mindset with analytical thinking and enjoy turning complex challenges into clear recommendations and practical solutions.
You are also a strong collaborator who enjoys bringing people together, challenging existing ways of working and helping others succeed.
We imagine that you:
Experience with Business Process Management, process mapping or digital products development would be an advantage, but is not a requirement.
At BESTSELLER, we value your drive and curiosity more than a perfect match on paper. If you’re eager to learn and ready to grow, we’ll make sure you have the tools and support to do so.
WHAT WE OFFER
At BESTSELLER Logistics, you will have:
