We are looking for a Driver who will provide safe, reliable and professional transportation while upholding the highest standards of discretion and service excellence. The position is based in Copenhagen.

This role requires integrity, professionalism and discretion, as you will regularly interact with seniors, business guests and external stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Daily planning & Transportation 

• Provide safe, punctual and professional transportation to airport, business meetings, company events and the company site for guests and other passengers.


• Plan optimal routes and proactively adjust schedules when business priorities or traffic conditions change, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Vehicle management & operational readiness

• Maintain the vehicle to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and operational readiness.


• Coordinate servicing, inspections, repairs and routine maintenance, including checks of fuel or charging levels and tire condition.


• Ensure that all vehicle documentation remains valid and up to date.

Seamless support & Coordination

• Support visits and transport including light logistical assistance related to meetings and events.


• Work closely with different stakeholders to coordinate schedules, transportation requirements and last-minute changes.


• Maintain clear communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless support.

Office responsibilities

• Provide occasional support with office logistics and practical operational tasks, such as collecting documents or parcels and delivering items between offices.

You are an experienced executive driver
We imagine that you bring experience from professional chauffeur services, corporate transportation or a similar role supporting seniors. You thrive in a service-oriented environment and take pride in delivering a first-class experience.

You will likely bring:

• At least five years of professional driving experience, preferably supporting high standard environments or within corporate.


• A valid Danish Category B driving license and an excellent driving record.


• A high level of discretion, integrity and confidentiality.


• Excellent communication skills in English; Danish is an advantage.


• A calm, professional and service-minded approach, with the ability to anticipate needs and adapt to changing priorities.


• Flexibility to work varied hours, including occasional early mornings, evenings and airport transfers.

What to expect:

• A flexible position in which working hours are planned according to business needs and the schedules of the executives supported.


• A minimum guaranteed commitment from Xellia of 10 working hours. Actual weekly working hours may occasionally exceed the anticipated level, depending on executive schedules, travel requirements and other business needs.


• Working hours may include early mornings, evenings and occasional short notice assignments.


• Partner with colleagues across multiple functions to ensure a service-focused operation. 


• A trusted and highly visible role in which professionalism, reliability and discretion are essential.
