Dynamics 365 FO Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 F&O Developer to join our UK-based digital transformation team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying robust technical solutions, customisations, and integrations within our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations environment. Given our significant Danish -speaking client base, fluency in Danish is a non-negotiable requirement to effectively liaise with stakeholders and execute projects in the DACH region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality technical solutions, customisations, and extensions (using X++ and C#) within the D365 F&O platform.
• Implement and support system integrations with other business applications and third-party tools, leveraging Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus) and Dataverse/OData endpoints.
• Collaborate with Functional Consultants and business stakeholders to translate complex functional requirements into detailed technical specifications and scalable solutions.
• Manage the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including unit testing, code reviews, deployment via Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD), and adherence to Microsoft best practices.
• Provide third-line technical support and perform troubleshooting and debugging to ensure the stability and optimal performance of the D365 F&O system.
• Contribute to data migration strategies, including the creation and maintenance of data entities using the Data Management Framework (DMF).
• Communicate fluently and professionally in Danish (both written and verbal) to support Danish-speaking clients, participate in workshops, and document technical solutions for projects in the Danish market.
• Stay abreast of the latest D365 updates, features, and the wider Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

• Proven, hands-on experience as a Developer on multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Dynamics AX 2012 implementations.
• Exceptional proficiency in X++ programming language and the D365 F&O technical stack.
• Strong development skills in C# and the .NET Framework.
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps for source control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
• Demonstrable knowledge of integration patterns within D365 F&O.
• Mandatory Language Requirement: Fluent spoken and written Danish.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
