Ecommerce Manager

Are you a dynamic and experienced Ecommerce Manager with a documented history of driving growth? At Pas Normal Studios, we are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to manage all aspects of our website, from product and assets upload through to reporting

Your main objectives

As our new Ecommerce Manager, you will have an important role in driving the growth of our online presence and sales, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience

Besides this, your key responsibilities will be to:

• Execute the ecommerce strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance the customer experience.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring the website is up-to-date, functional, and optimized for conversions.
• Regularly analyze sales data, web traffic, and other key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement to drive commerce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content for launches and content pieces.
• Feedback on the creation of compelling content and product descriptions that align with the brand voice and enhance SEO.
• Manage and assist with execution web development feature requests and bug fixes with development/IT
• Use customer feedback and data to continuously improve the e commerce experience.
• Ensure the site is weekly re-merchandised based on sales performance and campaign focuses
• Implement systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports on ecommerce performance to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep Pas Normal Studios at the forefront of ecommerce innovation.

This role will be reporting to the Head of D2C and you will join a truly international and diverse team based across the European, US and Asian Markets with most of us in Pas Normal Studios' global headquarters in Copenhagen, Denmark.

For this role, you must be based in Copenhagen.

You: Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing tools.

We imagine that the ideal candidate holds a bachelors degree in marketing, business or another relevant field followed by a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Ecommerce manager or similar role. Preferably in the fashion or sportswear industry in an international organisation. Besides this we look for:

• Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Passion for cycling and familiarity with cycling culture is a plus.
