Do you want to be a part of the world’s leading jewelry company while putting your experience in Performance Media into use? If yes, then we might have an exciting opportunity for you! You will be part of Pandora Latin America & Asia Pacific Team in an international organization of can-do spirited, passionate, and performance-driven people.

The Performance Media Specialist will provide visibility to the E-commerce team of market traffic trends, and conversion variances within the websites and optimize the web tools for Performance Marketing.

Your Role as Performance Media Specialist:

  • Daily monitoring of media performance. Traffic, investment, conversion, and possible adjustments to be done.
  • Channel analysis and weekly e-commerce performance reports.
  • Briefing and reviewing paid search campaigns, social media advertising, affiliate media, and retargeting.
  • Responsible for communicating regular metrics and findings from campaigns and analyzing performance, insights, blockers, and areas of opportunity.
  • Support the e-commerce team in SEO initiatives.
  • Work with the Marketing team to manage media agencies and SEO for e-commerce.
  • Be a reference of technical knowledge about performance media for regional and global teams.

     

What is needed to succeed:

  • + 3 years experience in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Data engineering
  • Mastery of performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA, Conversion Rate, Average Ticket, CAC, LTV);
  • Mastery of digital media. Google Ads, Meta, Search Console.
  • Training in Communication (marketing, advertising, journalism or other).
  • Knowledge in campaigns with affiliate platforms and retargeting;
  • Knowledge in Excel, Google Sheets or any Analytical tool like Looker, Power BI, Adobe Analytics.
  • Knowledge of Google Merchant Center, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager
  • Excellent communication in English and Spanish
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner.
  • Google and Meta certifications
  • Experience in performance media or advertising agency;
  • Knowledge in SEO.
