What’s this role about? 

As Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll join our CRM team of 7 skilled and collaborative colleagues 👥. Together, we plan and execute 5–7 weekly campaigns that inspire, convert, and bring joy to millions of makers around the world 🌐.

What you’ll be working on 

• Writing, planning and producing campaign content for email and push 📨
  
  

• Developing campaign strategies, segmentation and personalised communication
  
  




• Creating compelling storytelling in close collaboration with content, design and marketing
  
  




• Building and maintaining email templates and forms
  
  




• Monitoring performance (open rates, CTR, conversions, deliverability) 📈
  
  




• Running A/B tests and optimising based on data 




• Supporting automations with our Loyalty & CRM lead
  
  




• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues 🛠️
  
  




• Staying updated on best practices
  
  

What we’re looking for 🔍

• 2–4 years’ experience in email marketing and campaign execution
  
  




• Experience with platforms like Emarsys or Klaviyo (Shopify a plus)
  
  




• Strong in A/B testing, KPI analysis and reporting 📊
  
  




• Skilled in campaign strategy, segmentation and automation flows 🧭
  
  




• Commercially driven with a passion for writing engaging content ✍️
  
  




• Detail-oriented copywriter with high standards for quality
  
  




• A true team player who thrives in cross-functional collaboration 🤗
