Employee (m/f/d) Support

Join our full-time team in the Social Security business area in Herten in the heart of the Ruhr region - and get ahead with the market leader for municipal IT solutions!

This will be your job...

• You will help build the next generation of support and be responsible for incident management
• As part of the development process, you will work with the documentation, development, quality assurance and product management teams as required
• You support and advise our customers by telephone and/or in writing on questions and problems relating to the use of our software and document the results in our ticket system
• You make personal contact at trade fairs and/or customer events to "give the telephone number a face"
• You deal with complex issues in independent analysis and in cooperation with the teams, take over internal and external communication and continuously optimize processes
• You categorize requests independently in 1st or 2nd level support
• You contribute to the optimization of our user and admin guides

• You have completed an apprenticeship related to IT and/or communications
• You describe analytical skills as one of your strengths
• You are empathetic, meet our customers at eye level, have a sure instinct and are highly customer-oriented - in short: you understand the customer!
• You are characterized by an independent, solution-oriented way of working as well as communication and teamwork skills
• You are willing to familiarize yourself with the professionalism of our clients (youth welfare offices)
• You have a keen interest in software, a high affinity for IT and a basic technical understanding
• You have an excellent command of written and spoken German and a truly agile mindset
