As part of this journey, we are launching a global SAP S/4HANA implementation and building a new ERP organization from the ground up. We’re now looking for an experienced ERP Solution Manager Planning & Manufacturing to join us from the beginning and take the lead in designing and delivering scalable, future-proof solutions for planning and manufacturing across our global organization.

About the Role
The ERP Solution Manager Planning & Manufacturing is a critical function within PolyPeptide’s global ERP program. In this role, you will serve as PolyPeptide’s lead expert and representative for all planning and manufacturing aspects of SAP S/4HANA and other global applications supporting end-to-end planning and manufacturing processes.

You will act as a bridge between business functions, the ERP team, and external service partners – working closely with the ERP Solution Architect to ensure that solutions align with enterprise architecture and global standards.

As part of the Global IS/IT department, you will collaborate closely with global process owners, super users, QA, and IT colleagues to drive value across planning and manufacturing operations and ensure compliance and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between planning & manufacturing stakeholders and external AMS/system integrator partners to translate business requirements into robust SAP S/4HANA solutions.
  


• Oversee technical and functional aspects of SAP S/4HANA Planning & Manufacturing modules—ensuring ongoing administration, maintenance, compliance, and regulatory alignment.
  


• Lead and support IT audits, documentation, validation, and end-user training programs related to planning & manufacturing systems.
  


• Drive process improvements and manage change requests within planning & manufacturing operations, participating actively in governance forums such as the Change Advisory Board.
  


• Monitor, resolve, and proactively reduce support tickets and incidents to ensure efficient system operations and user satisfaction.
  


• Collaborate on global application lifecycle planning, vendor management, license monitoring, and securing business continuity during maintenance windows.
  


• Contribute to innovation initiatives such as advanced planning, automation, and real-time analytics.
  

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you bring:

• A Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  


• 5+ years of experience in SAP Planning & Manufacturing with at least 3 years in SAP S/4HANA Planning & Manufacturing solution architecture.
  


• Experience in IT solution management in the CDMO/pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
  


• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  


• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
