“We are looking for an IT Delivery Lead to take ownership of the team, as well as the planning, coordination, and execution of IT solutions used by more than 8,000 farmers. You will become part of the Farmers team at Arla IT where we deliver IT solutions based on Salesforce, across our business function covering industry-leading sustainability initiatives, farmer-oriented collaboration platforms, digital & innovation approaches, and much more,” says Head of IT Product, Louise Mosegaard Møller.

How you will make an impact?
As an IT Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring that deliveries and operations meet agreed expectations and business outcomes. You will act as the central facilitator across the delivery team, balancing project-based work, ongoing technical delivery, and user support for incidents.

Together with the Head of Product and other delivery leads, you will help set the direction and support the transformation from a project-driven organization to a product- and value-focused delivery model. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the team has the skills and people structure needed to deliver on both new development and operational issues of the Farmers platform


• Ownership of forecasting, purchase orders, and service orders related to the product team


• Following up on budget targets


• Pitch in and also run with changes in ways of working across the product team


• Running day-to-day check-ins with the team to support deliveries and remove blockers


• Ensuring close cooperation with key stakeholders

What will make you successful?
You have experience in IT delivery, operations, or project management. Your ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders will help drive our transformation journey. You maintain a big-picture view of delivery, focusing on orchestration and team enablement. You thrive in an international setting, where collaboration and excellence go hand in hand. Further, you possess a structured work approach and excellent planning skills. Additionally, we are looking for:

• Understanding people and how to set up a team for success


• Managing vendors, contracts, and external partners


• A flexible mindset with the ability to adapt methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to different contexts

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
