F&B Breakfast Operational Allrounder- Summer Period

At Zoku, we call our hospitality all-rounders “Sidekicks”. Think of it as a hands-on, guest-focused role with Food & Beverage as your home base, specifically Breakfast and Lunch service. You’re the go-to person for our guests during the day, making sure their experience is smooth, welcoming, and full of good food, great coffee, and warm Zoku vibes.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Breakfast/Lunch Sidekick… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:

Breakfast & Lunch = Your Daily Playground:
Help bring our daytime F&B experience to life by setting up, serving, clearing, restocking, and keeping everything running smoothly during breakfast and lunch. From fresh coffee to tasty plates, you make sure guests start and continue their day in the best way possible.

Guest Connector = Friendly First Impressions:
Be the friendly face guests meet in the morning and throughout the day. You’ll welcome them with a smile, answer their questions, spot what they need before they ask, and create those small moments that make their stay feel personal and easy.

All-Round Support = Learn Beyond F&B:
While Breakfast and Lunch service is your core focus, you’ll also get the chance to support other areas when needed, from helping out at the bar or rooftop terrace to jumping in with events, dinner service, or other operational tasks. You’ll become a true Zoku all-rounder who knows how to keep the vibe flowing wherever the team needs you.

WHEN YOU’LL BE ON

You’ll start by building a strong foundation in Rooms & Reception and over time you’ll expand your skills across different departments. Your schedule will include morning shifts, including some weekends. With additional requests of possible evening shifts. Your responsibilities and hours may/will vary, and your flexibility will shine!

Standard shift times:

• Morning Shift (AM Shift): 6:30-14:30 OR 7:00-15:00

A FEW MUST HAVES

• You have worked in hospitality.

• You are fluent in English, and any other languages are a big plus!

• You are an EU resident or have a valid working and living permit for Denmark.

• You are fully flexible, as there are no fixed working days/hours.

• We are looking for a Sidekick available between 32-37 hours weekly.

• Available to start As Soon As Possible for Fixed Summer period. Possibility of looking into contract extension post Summer period.
