This is a place where you can find a career with meaningful purpose\u2014improving lives through your life\u2019s work.\n\nWe are currently looking for a Graduate to join our Urology Division. \n\nSuccessful candidates will be offered a 12-month fixed term contract, where they will learn and expand experiences in the Urology.\n\n \n\nAfter 12 months of fixed contract, successful candidates may be offered by Boston Scientific a permanent position in Urology division. The position will be starting in April 2025.\n\n \n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n \n\n * Participates in learning and training events to develop product knowledge and clinical and commercial skills.\n * During onboarding period, accompany Boston Scientific Account Managers visiting customers to witness customer interaction, case support and build customer relations.\n * Developing quarterly plans designed to achieve revenue targets, managing existing and new customers/accounts in the assigned territory.\n * Demonstrating planning and prioritizing of the assigned territory to maximize opportunities for our existing and new products in line with divisional goals and objectives.\n * Being recognized as the primary trusted point-of-contact for customers, within assigned territory.\n * Attending national and international meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required to promote Boston Scientific products and services.\n * Analyzing and reporting to your manager and/or others (monthly \u0026 quarterly) the market and business feedback by using all available support tools.\n * Contributes to the preparation and production of presentations and reports by using word processing, spreadsheets, and other computer programs.\n * Product purchases and backorder management.\n * Running clinical evaluations of the products.\n * Providing training and educational sessions to hospital personnel on product utilization.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nTo be successful in this application, you will need to:\n\n \n\n * Be a recent or hold a Bachelor\u2019s or Masters graduate with a Biomedical Degree, Biotechnical Degree or Business Degree with commercial aspects.\n * Be fluent in Danish and English (B2/C1).\n * Have planning, time management, strong communication and presentation skills.\n * Be computer/technically savvy.\n * Have a want to learn and develop within a commercial setting.\n * Be willing to travel across Denmark.\n * Hold a current driving license.\n\n\n\n \n\nWhat You Can Expect From Us:\n\n \n\n * Defined-term contract (12 months) with competitive salary and company benefits.\n * Support in developing your skills and expertise in various area.\n * A solid onboarding and development plan.\n * Regular coaching and development feedback and supporting performance review.\n * An inclusive culture.\n * Strong team spirit and collaboration.\n * Subject to successful performance reviews and alignment with local business unit needs.\n\n\n\n \n\n \n\nStart date: September 2026\n\n \n\nIf you\u2019re looking to move into the Medical Device Industry after finishing University, then apply for our Urology and Pelvic Health Graduate Training Program today.\n\nWe, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
