As our new Finance Systems Business Partner, you’ll join a dynamic team of three, working to enhance and support the OneStream platform to create real business impact.

About the role 

The OneStream team sits within our Finance Systems organization, which operates centrally and cross-functionally, collaborating closely with senior management, core business areas, and IT teams. Our mission is to unlock business value through smart and efficient finance systems, improving the way DFDS works with financial data. What you’ll get to do in this role

You will be working hands-on with OneStream, one of the most advanced Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools on the market today. You’ll collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the Finance Organization, playing a crucial role in driving adoption and maximizing the platform’s impact at DFDS.

This position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a strategic and high-impact department, where you can further develop your Performance Management expertise while shaping how DFDS leverages OneStream. Given the cross-functional nature of Finance Systems, you’ll gain valuable exposure to various business areas and engage with stakeholders from across the company, broadening your perspective and influence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive requirements gathering and translate into actionable solutions.
• Develop and optimize OneStream solutions to enhance platform functionality.
• Foster strong stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted partner for internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with clarity and impact to users, stakeholders, and team members.
• Work closely with project teams and solution architects to drive successful implementations.

About you

In this role you will be in frequent contact with people with broad experience. Some of them will be more focused on business, some on technical aspects. Your ability to translate business needs into OneStream solutions is exceptional, and prior experience with EPM solutions, especially OneStream, is a plus.

With strong technical capabilities and a solid understanding of finance disciplines, you’re able to bridge the gap between finance and technology seamlessly.

Your educational background into the role can be many but what we imagine is within Finance, IT, or a related field and have solid experience with financial processes and systems.
