Your Mission

As Founder’s Associate, you’ll work on projects that cut across every part of the business. You’ll:

• Research competitors, markets, and compliance topics.
  
  


• Capture and structure insights from customer, investor, and strategy calls.
  
  


• Take on critical projects across operations, product, and growth.
  
  

What makes this role unique is the access. You’ll sit in on the toughest decisions, the big investor conversations, the customer sessions that shape our product, and the everyday challenges of building a company from the ground up. You’ll see the reality of how startups are built — not in theory, but in practice.

It’s 20 hours per week, based in our Copenhagen office, working directly with me (Eric, CEO) and Rasmus (CTO).

Team You’ll Join

A tight squad of engineers and GTM folks who ship weekly, think in bets, and default to action. Kiku was founded by Eric & Rasmus – both with 10 + years in tech and scale-ups. We move fast and have fun doing serious work.
