You will be a part of a fast-paced environment, where you will have to prioritize and be creative to make everything come together perfectly. You will be in the reception alone, and you will be part of a great team of colleagues in Office Services, who together ensure deliveries in high quality and services. In the team you will also help covering each other’s tasks during vacation or similar time off.
Our Front Office Administrator works closely with the receptionist team to create positive first impressions on office visitors. The administrator ensures each guest is greeted in a warm helpful and professional manner always providing excellent customer service.
You will be in daily contact with Danish and international clients and colleagues. Moreover, you will be organizing day-to-day operations in the reception, manage mail, order taxis, gifts and continuous clearing out in the meeting rooms as well as ensuring the high-level appearance in the meeting rooms and meeting areas.
It is a full-time position and working hours are 8.30-16.30 Monday through Friday.
The role is fixed-term and will run through August 2025.
- Strong previous experience as a receptionist or similar experience within the service sector; leadership experience is a plus
- It is a requirement that you speak Danish fluently on a native level
- You can communicate comfortably in English
- Proactive with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
- As a person you are flexible and adaptable regarding tasks and problem solving
- You maintain a high level of confidentiality
