THE DEPARTMENT
You will become a part of JACK & JONES’ Brand Tech department, which is a young and dynamic e-commerce department working across BESTSELLER brands to deliver the best and preferred sites for online shopping. You will join an in-house digital team of elite designers and developers, striving to be the best and consistently deliver high quality sites and projects. You will experience an international environment with colleagues from around the world. YOUR ROLE
You will be architecting and building the frontend of our online presence and internal applications, with a focus on great user experience and usability. Our online approach has always been customer-oriented, and we make an effort to understand, plan and execute the best strategies to ensure that our visitor and customer objectives are met. In this role, you will work with all aspects of our online universe and therefore:

• Build complete sites or web applications


• Ensure new inspirational online content


• Optimize the frontend of our online store


• Be involved in your projects from start to finish.

YOUR PROFILE 
You are passionate about what you do, and you get a kick when the project you have worked on is launched. It is important to us that you have a passion for learning, that you are motivated by utilizing new technologies and techniques to ensure that our sites and projects are cutting-edge. While experience and a relevant educational background is a plus, we value passion and a strong portfolio above all. We are looking for the following specific qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a frontend developer


• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, SASS and JavaScript (including TypeScript)


• Proficient in Vue.js and composition API


• Good understanding of Git


• Experienced in frontend architecture, web application performance, and client only and server side rendered application


• Skilled in UX/UI design with the ability to effectively convey information, concepts and ideas


• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.

If you have experience with Payload CMS, Figma, Jira, unit and functional tests, you will really get us excited.

WORKPLACE: Brande, Denmark. Please note that the position is on-site.
