Full Stack Developer (.NET & Vue) - Viby or Gdansk

How you will make an impact

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be a key part of our product team, working closely with designers, frontend and backend developers, and operational support. Together, you will continuously improve our B2B webshop Arla Connect, where our customers handle orders, create claims, and look up Arla products. Thus, you will contribute to reducing our cost-to-serve and enabling self-service for our customer base.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining our web shop (Vue-based frontend and .NET-based backend)


• Building and maintaining integrations with external systems


• Implementing new features based on business needs


• Improving performance, scalability, and security of the platform


• Troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis


• Contributing to continuous improvements of development processes and team efficiency

You will have ownership of your solutions and deliverables and collaborate directly with business stakeholders, ensuring your work creates measurable value for customers.

What will make you successful

We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer who combines strong problem-solving abilities with a sharp analytical mindset, enabling them to break down complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. You bring hands-on experience working with modern CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps or GitHub, and approach troubleshooting with structure and precision, always aiming to identify root causes rather than quick fixes. Collaboration comes naturally to you—you thrive in cross-functional environments and contribute positively to team outcomes. At the same time, you communicate clearly and professionally in English, ensuring alignment and transparency across stakeholders. Further, we expect you to:

• Have 4+ years of experience as a Full stack Developer


• Strong experience with .NET / C# (preferably .NET 8+)


• Solid experience with Vue.js and modern frontend development


• Experience working with REST APIs and integrations


• Strong understanding of SQL databases (SQL Server)


• Experience working with Azure Cloud services
