As Global Brand Ambassador, you will play a central role in strengthening our presence in key markets and ensuring the brand thrives in the On-Trade environment worldwide.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building brands, influencing stakeholders, building relationships and creating strategies that turn insights into successful market activations.

What you will be doing

You will be accountable for planning, delivering, and optimizing trade and advocacy strategies that create impact in priority markets. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Market Development:
  Identify and prioritize growth opportunities in On-Trade across multiple global markets, working closely with local teams to unlock distribution and visibility.


• Trade Advocacy:
  Design and implement a global advocacy framework that equips and inspires bartenders, hospitality staff, and key accounts to become strong brand advocates.


• Activation Strategy & Execution:
  Develop and oversee market-specific activation plans that deliver brand-building experiences for consumers and partners while ensuring local relevance and global alignment.


• Commercial Partnership:
  Collaborate with local Sales and Trade Marketing teams to define and execute Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, helping Brooklyn Brewery land in the right venues to drive equity and sales.


• Toolkit Development:
  Create fit-for-purpose toolkits and playbooks (Shopper, On-Trade, Digital) that standardize best practices while allowing flexibility for local markets.


• Performance Tracking:
  Set clear KPIs for visibility, engagement, and revenue targets; monitor progress and share actionable insights for continuous improvement.


• Cross-functional Collaboration:
  Work hand-in-hand with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure timely delivery of activations and campaigns.

What are we looking for

We’re searching for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a global, fast-moving environment and is passionate about connecting consumers with authentic brand experiences.

We would expect that you possess:

• 8+ years of experience in advocacy, trade marketing, or market activation roles.


• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage frequent international travel.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with different audiences.


• Solid commercial understanding of On-Trade channels and drivers of long-term value.

• Collaborative and culturally intelligent, with a natural ability to build relationships across regions.


• Strategic thinker with strong execution skills and a growth mindset.


• Resilient, adaptable, and energized by working in dynamic environments.
