As our new Global Brand Manager – Nicotine Pouches, you will be part of our Next Generation Products Marketing team and play an important role in driving the global brand and portfolio strategy for our nicotine pouch category. You will work closely with commercial teams, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain to translate consumer insights into successful innovations and business growth. This is a great opportunity to influence a rapidly evolving category and help shape STG's future growth agenda.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Driving the development and launch of new nicotine pouch products, including flavours, formats, strengths, and packaging innovations.


• Managing and optimizing the global product portfolio, including lifecycle management, assortment decisions, and portfolio performance.


• Contributing to global brand strategy, positioning, and innovation pipelines to ensure consistent and compelling brand propositions.


• Partnering with regional and local teams to improve category performance, identify growth opportunities, and support commercial execution.


• Analyzing consumer insights, market trends, and competitive developments to inform business and innovation decisions.


• Collaborating across functions to successfully deliver strategic projects and bring innovations to market.

What you'll bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, Product Management, or a related commercial role.


• Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or similar fast-paced industries is considered an advantage.


• Strong understanding of brand strategy, portfolio management, product development, and innovation processes.


• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across different markets and functions.


• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable business recommendations.


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.

For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 61,5000 DKK to 1025000 DKK corresponding to the level of the position, expected experience and responsibilities.
