About the job

We are looking for a Global HRIS Operations Lead to join our People & Culture organisation and take operational ownership of our Oracle Fusion HCM platform.

In this role, you will help ensure that our HR systems run smoothly, securely, and effectively while supporting system enhancements, quarterly releases, and the transition of new functionality into business-as-usual operations. You will play a key role in ensuring our HRIS platform remains stable, secure and continuously evolves to support Falck's global People & Culture strategy.. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading the day-to-day operations of our global HRIS platform
• Managing incidents, service requests, system maintenance, and continuous improvements
• Coordinating quarterly Oracle releases and internal HRIS releases, including testing, readiness, communication, and deployment
• Working closely with Global Process Owners to improve global HR processes and system governance. take operational ownership of Falck's global Oracle Fusion HCM platform
• Partnering with Digital Technology, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
• Owning the HRIS operational backlog and facilitating prioritisation with Global Process Owners, Digital Technology and business stakeholders.Supporting transformation and implementation projects with operational expertise
• Monitoring service quality, adoption, and performance metrics
• Maintaining documentation, governance, security, and operational procedures

About you

We imagine that you bring:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field
• Experience working with global HRIS operations in a complex international organisation
• Strong understanding of global HR processes and how they are supported within Oracle Fusion HCM. and related HR disciplines
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred. Experience from other enterprise HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is also valuable, provided you are motivated to become an Oracle Fusion HCM expert.Experience with release management, system enhancements, and operational improvement
• Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative mindset
• The ability to turn business needs into scalable and sustainable HRIS solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience from a global matrix organisation is an advantage
