What you will be doing

In this role, you will:

• Drive Consumer Demand Spaces:
  Lead Beverages Demand Spaces research across seven global markets, in close collaboration with local I&A teams and external partners, ensuring the right business questions drive the analysis.


• Unlock Total Beverages Portfolio:
  Plan and facilitate portfolio workshops (local and global) to define and deploy winning portfolio choices at country level, based on insights, business performance, and market context.


• Design and Test Portfolio Growth Opportunities:
  Partner with global brand and innovation teams on product extensions, white space opportunities, and brand entries into new markets, shaping research briefs and guiding external agencies.


• Contribute to Group Strategy Discussions:
  Collaborate within Group I&A and contribute to strategic presentations and discussions on future portfolio choices.


• Upscale Local I&A Capabilities:
  Support local I&A teams on portfolio thinking, problem solving, and leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools to drive better decisions.

What we’re looking for

To succeed in this role, you bring strong expertise in insights-driven portfolio management and a collaborative mindset. You combine commercial awareness with a passion for turning complexity into actionable strategies.

Must-haves:

• Background in FMCG Insights & Analytics or consumer/research agency roles


• Experience facilitating workshops and navigating cross-market environments


• Strong consumer and business problem-solving skills


• Ability to translate research and data into clear recommendations


• Comfortable shaping research briefs and constructively challenging assumptions


• Understanding of modern analytics and AI-enabled working methods

Personal qualities:

• Proactive, self-starter with a solutions-oriented mindset


• Excellent communication and influencing skills


• Strong problem-solving and storytelling capabilities


• Collaborative and inclusive team player across cultures and functions

Language requirement:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
