10/15 investments done maybe few graduation

Strong rep - Toolbox sorted out - Ex-Operator

Physically in CPH? To start with 18/24 months - 3 days per week in CPH

Nice to have

Woman (almost a must have but we dont want to shoot ourselves in the foot)

Expertise in a thesis

Partner - with the goal of GP in fund 3 - Q1 go to market for fundraising fund 3

Ideally we have a Q1 starts
