Group & Individuelle Reservations Coordinator

What will you do ?

We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Group & individual reservations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage all aspects of group reservations, meetings, events, and individual reservations.

• Key responsibilities:


• Manage group and individual reservations from inquiry to confirmation


• Coordinate bookings with internal departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, and Restaurant


• Handle rooming lists, contracts, and billing instructions


• Ensure accurate data entry in reservation systems


• Communicate with clients to ensure seamless event execution


• Support revenue optimization and upselling opportunities


• Coordinate small dinner bookings linked to group stays (non-event based)

Who are you ?

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Reservations,  sales and planning


• Experience with individual reservations is a plus


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Knowledge of booking systems such as SAP for hotels is a plus


• You speak and write English and Danish fluently


• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail


• You are flexible, accurate, and a team player


• You have a commercial attitude and are always one step ahead


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
