An integral part of our work, is helping our clients reap their business potential online – and that is where you come in to play! We are looking to expand our growth marketing team with a motivated and skilled growth marketing consultant. Maybe you've worked as a paid social consultant, with SEO, SEM, GA, BI, Klaviyo - or all the before mentioned. Maybe you have grown your own business? Who are you, stranger?
We are looking for our next ambitious, highly skilled, and entrepreneurial-minded growth marketing professional to join our growth team in Copenhagen. You will be working closely with our internal resources to grow our clients' business. Using your insights and guidance, you will advice on and build campaigns, do audits of existing setups, and drive online marketing activities – to drive revenue, hype or build brand for our clients. We expect you to have technical and practical experience from the field and be curious on digital marketing overall. We have excellent creative and production capacity in-house for larger campaigns, but we also expect you to be a doer, who can execute smaller initiatives or prototype bigger ones on your own.

• You’re a thinker and a doer! - Together with our strategy, design, and development teams, you will understand our clients’ needs and recommend strong digital marketing strategies to match.


• You have experience turning marketing strategy into tangible, tactical campaigns.


• You are familiar with running, monitoring, and optimizing online marketing initiatives.


• You love working with UX/UI specialists to analyze client’s current website and suggest design changes to improve conversion and sales (CRO). Or maybe you are curious to learn this part:)


• You are familiar with driving a positive ROI by building, planning, and running growth initiatives and campaigns.


• You are comfortable with preparing and presenting road maps and strategies to clients.


• Leverage a constant test-and-learn approach to drive client ROI and conversion rates.

The fine print:

To be considered for this position, we require you to have: A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Growth Marketer, Performance Marketing Expert, and/or building and growing your own business.
